Social Media Manager & Content Creator
DDM Informatics is an SEO company helping businesses grow online with
data-driven strategies. We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and result-
driven professional to manage our social presence, create engaging
content, and generate quality leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging reels, short videos, and content related to SEO, digital marketing, business growth, and online success
- Edit videos professionally (hooks, captions, transitions, subtitles, trending formats)
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media accounts
- Create a content calendar and plan weekly/monthly posts
- Research trending topics, competitors, and content ideas
- Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for reach
- Improve engagement and grow followers organically
- Respond to comments/messages and build relationships with potential customers
- Find and contact potential leads through social media platforms
- Support lead generation through outreach, DMs, and networking
- Track performance and provide reports on content growth and leads generated
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business/agency
- Strong skills in creating reels and short-form videos
- Good knowledge of Instagram growth strategies
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Understanding of digital marketing/SEO content is a plus
- Good communication skills for customer outreach and lead generation
- Creative mindset with the ability to create content that gets attention
